I will Pay In Full, Upfront

I will pay in full upfront. Please note that if paying by credit or debit card, processing fees of 3% will apply. (For individuals that are getting reimbursed by their employer or individuals that will be paying the full tuition without employer contribution, please click here to submit full payment. CELI will follow-up with a receipt of payment.)

I will Pay the full Tuition in Monthly Installments

I will be paying the full tuition in monthly installments. Please note that monthly installments payment plan is only available for payment by credit or debit card. Processing fees of 3% will apply. (Please click here to set up your monthly payment plan.)

I and my Employer will make a Partial Payment

I will provide a partial payment, and my employer will pay the remaining cost. Please note that if paying by credit or debit card, processing fees of 3% will apply. Please follow the 2-step process for this option. Step 1: Fill out the employer invoicing form first so that we can invoice your employer for a partial payment. Step 2: After you fill out the employer invoice form you will be redirected back to this page to make the rest of your partial payment in full or in monthly installments to reserve your spot in the program. Note that monthly installments can only be done by credit or debit.

Step 2: Choose between making your partial payment in full or by monthly installments for 10-months.

Scholarship Assistance Request Form

I am requesting partial or full scholarship assistance. I understand that regardless of my scholarship request, I will be asked to contribute at least $300 over the course of the 10-month program to allow for scholarship assistance to reach as many individuals as possible, barring exceptional circumstances. Please note that this $300 can be paid in monthly installments, and if paying by credit or debit card, processing fees of 3% will apply.
