With a background in EVs, she is particularly interested in how we can integrate EVs in a way that is beneficial to the grid. In her spare time, Christy loves to go skiing and biking and explore all the amazing places in California.

Clea Kolster is a Consultant at E3 where she advises utilities, state governments and asset owners on the future of economy-wide decarbonization in multiple regions across the US, assessing the value of different technologies and measures to meet climate and energy goals. She also specializes in resource planning, using electricity system modeling to obtain minimum cost portfolios that meet emissions targets with reliability and affordability accounted for. Clea holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London where she developed techno-economic analyses for carbon capture and storage solutions. Clea grew up in Paris and London, is an avid sailor and skier, and has a special interest in discussing the energy access problem in sub-Saharan Africa and brainstorming potential solutions.
Dana Cappelloni
Dana Cappelloni brings over a decade of experience to the sustainability sector, having worked across the agriculture, climate adaptation and consulting industries. A Bay Area native, Dana holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, an undergraduate degree from The Colorado College and is an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow alum. In her free time, Dana can be found exploring the great outdoors, wine tasting and writing poetry.

She previously worked on indoor air quality, and is enthusiastic about teaching and learning reproducible data analysis skills. Igor Tregub is a safety specialist and engineer with the Department of Energy and has completed safety and nonproliferation assignments at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Washington, D.C., and Central Asia, among others. On the side, he is the principal of Tregub and Associates, a boutique consulting firm specializing in electoral and land use consulting, and serves as an elected commissioner on the Berkeley Rent Stabilization Board. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the youngest chair of and first immigrant to chair the 35,000-member strong Sierra Club San Francisco Bay Chapter, and currently serves on the Sierra Club's California Executive Committee while running for its National Board of Directors. He is a born-again half-marathoner, itinerant poet, and has a pipe dream that his compendium of short stories might write itself.

Jenya is a product manager at Enel X e-Mobility, working on smart charging software and forecasting and optimization algorithms used to aggregate EV chargers for energy services and demand response. Prior to Enel X she was a senior analytics software engineer at Geli, developing a web platform that analyzes electricity consumption data to simulate and design energy storage and microgrid systems, and worked on software for real-time data acquisition, modeling, and analysis at C12 Energy. Jenya has a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Denver, an MS in Applied Math, and a BS in Applied Math and Computer Science from Belarusian State University. Outside of work she enjoys art and cinema, making sushi, and using every opportunity to travel.

Juliette forges new corporate partnerships, researches future expansion possibilities, and provides public speaking coaching to fellows in the program. Beyond her passion for climate and innovation, Juliette is an avid climber, dancer and backcountry skier who believes in continuous learning and self-development in its many forms.

He was formerly a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the energy practice working with oil and gas, renewables, and utility clients in US, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and SE Asia.
