Looking to meet other professionals passionate about clean energy and climate issues? CELI and WCS are hosting a joint coffee hour on March 5th beginning at 3pm Eastern. Join for small-group discussions on energy and non-energy topics. Register to host a room around a question, idea, or general brainstorm.

The Clean Energy Leadership Institute is currently recruiting for fellows for our 5-month non-residential Fellowship focused on equipping emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds with technical knowledge, leadership development training, and a passionate community dedicated to building an equitable, decarbonized, and resilient energy ecosystem. Designed for working professionals, CELI’s Fellowship is held weekly and taught by influential thought leaders and expert practitioners in the field. Fellows are challenged to think critically about current energy policy and market structures, identify existing barriers to clean energy deployment and innovation, and formulate new solutions to ensure equity is central to the transition moving forward. Learn more about the curriculum here and apply here. Final applications are due by midnight PT on March 7, 2021.

Founded in 2011, Women in Cleantech and Sustainability (WCS) fosters an influential network of professionals to further the roles of women in growing the green economy and making a positive impact on the environment. The nonprofit leads a community of over 4,500 professional women and men working to drive sustainable change. Members range from the students and entry-level professionals to founders, C-suite executives, and investors.

The organization hosts monthly events focused on trends in the green industry, professional and personal development, and networking. The 501(c)6 organization is supported primarily by volunteers, member donations and sponsorship support.

To facilitate casual conversation, we'll have rooms designated with a host and a topic (ex: "what the Texas cold snap might mean for energy regulation long-term" or "breaking into venture capital"). We're really excited about the event and hope you'll join us! Again, the event is free for CELI members and alumni - learn more about CELI membership here.
